All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal that outlines specific terms, scope of work, pricing, and service schedule.

3. Estimates and Proposals

Our estimates and proposals are:

• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Based on conditions observed during the estimate
• Subject to change if property size or conditions differ from those observed
• Not a binding agreement until signed by both parties

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your signed contract. Generally:

• Recurring maintenance is typically billed monthly for service performed
• One-time projects may require a deposit, with the balance due upon completion
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a scheduled service does not meet the standards described in your agreement, let us know and we will return to make it right. Any product or material warranties (for example, on mulch or plant material) are subject to the supplier's respective terms and conditions.

6. Scheduling and Service Days

Recurring services are performed on a regular schedule agreed upon in your service agreement. Service days may shift due to weather, holidays, or conditions outside our control, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep your property on a consistent routine.

7. Property Access and Preparation

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the grounds, including any gate codes or keys needed to reach the service area. Please keep work areas clear of personal items, vehicles, and debris on scheduled service days. We take reasonable precautions to protect property but cannot guarantee against all incidental damage.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. For recurring maintenance, either party may cancel ongoing service with the advance notice described in your agreement. Cancellation of a scheduled one-time project after materials have been purchased may result in associated charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
